Modes of Transmission HIV

HIV is transmitted through:

dear sir,i have a consistent itching all over my body for over a year especially when i eat late and most often at night or when i undergo stress which was sudden to my body system. it started last year May/June up till date but no rashes. i went through HIV screening last year January, June and October and tested negative but the feeling still persist to the extent that i have to take Piriton Tab before it subside.
