Like the iced coffee? It's time this practice is reduced. According to the World Cancer Research Agency (WCRF), iced coffee stimulate obesity to cancer.

Research The World Cancer Research Fund (WCRF) in some British café like Starbucks, Caffe Nero and Costa Coffee, to find facts about ice coffee stimulate obesity to cancer. WCRF data mentioned, concentrated berry drinks from Starbucks Mocha Frappuccino contains 561 calories. While the types of other iced coffee contains more than 450 calories, and for the kind of regular coffee ice no more than 200 calories.

A health researcher recommends every woman should consume in a 2.000 calories a day, whereas for men 2,500 calories.

"In fact, an iced coffee on the market exceeds the ideal ration of women to be consumed. Usually every lunch, many women like to eat ice coffee. Calories should be consumed from food rather than drink," explains Dr. Rachel Thompson, program manager for WCRF, said in a statement as quoted by Reuters.

WCRF estimates that more than 19,000 cancer sufferers in the UK tested positive for cancer because of obesity. And the cause, at most by consuming iced coffee, not from food.

Thompson added, taking the occasional iced coffee is not a problem. And it would be better if consumed iced coffee without sugar, or mix it with powdered milk or juice added.

"If you're used to eating regular iced coffee with sugar, will rapidly increase your weight. If this goes on will trigger the growth of cancer, or risk of diabetes and heart disease," added Thompson.

WCRF, specifically researching calorie drinks, not to mention kind of iced coffee drinks are consumed and sold both free in the store. **matabumi.com*
