Have you ever heard of Weston Price, though? Even though we are able to eat plants does not mean we are limited. Our jaws actually seem like they developed to chew things more like insectivores, such as the gorilla or chimpanzee (who develop deficiencies when there are no bugs in their diet - also chimpanzees tend to love the taste of monkey meat). Price studied different native cultures all over the world and discovered all of those who were healthy where not modernized in any way, and all had some source of animal product to survive on - whether it was dairy, eggs or meat. Also, the eskimos, almost exclusive meat eaters, were some of the healthiest documented human beings he studied. Not to mention the perfect health of all of these cultures who were exposed to animal products and the fact that most of them were not vegetarian (though, it is possible to live off of if a form of animal product is present such as dairy) - and none vegan. Other scientists of the 1900's have also explored native tribes, agreeing with most of Price's evidence by accident. (Sir Robert McCarrison as an example)

Anyway; human beings are extremely unique - and we have teeth nothing like that of an herbivore (flat, dull and constantly growing) - and we certainly don't have four stomachs or a large cecum.
